Horton Hears a Who

This movie is GREAT! The weather is horrible today - rainy and coooold, so I took the boys to see Horton Hears a Who. It had a great message for kids, "A Who is a Who no matter how small!" Eli really loved it, and Chase even was laughing right along with it at all the right times...I think he had some idea of what was really going on!! We spent some time in downtown Dayton also, and then ended up going to the BX (for you non-military peeps, that means the shopping center like a mall on base).

While at the BX I found a great deal on something I had wanted to try for a long time...the Estee Lauder Perfectionist Peel, so I splurged and got it! HORRAY for sales! Here is a picture I found of it...

Well, I suppose that's it for now. Tomorrow is going to be another busy day. I have a doctors appointment that is for a completely insane reason. I have to have my (civilian) doctor fill out this form that says, "Yes, I have asthma, but I am properly treating myself and will be seen by a doctor in D.C. to maintain my asthma meds once we move." I have to have this form filled out and submitted to the Air Force before we can get final approval to leave here. But not only that...once I have my doctor fill out the form, I then have to take that form to a military doctor on base, and he has to approve the approval that I already got from my doctor. UGH. Military red tape. We're moving to D.C. folks...not Vietnam. I'm sure I can find one capable doctor once we are settled there . :) Such is military life.
