Lots of pics!!

After being cooped up from being sick for several days, Norman and I were both up to speed and able to finally get out of here and get out and about!!! We have a full week this week, so we are glad to be back to feeling good.

Today we started out at the Hard Rock for lunch, then went to Madame Tussauds. We get special tickets and things from the USO, and they were offering free admission to Madame Tussauds for active duty service members and up to 10 guests. What was cool was when we showed up, there were two other couples and an older lady there, and we invited them in with us so we could get them in free too! They were all very sweet and appreciative, so it was a neat thing to get to do for someone. Once a couple paid for an expensive dinner for Norman and me in Las Vegas, when they saw that he was military, so it was nice to help someone out and "pay it forward" a little bit. So anyway, I have a pic of the boys I took at lunch, a ton of pics that I took at Madame Tussauds, and then quite a few that I took from the National Portrait Museum which is where we went after M T's. They have the neatest atrium where you can eat, and the kids play in these water falls on the floor. It was so much fun, but it made for an uncomfortable (wet) metro ride home. Okay, there are a lot of pics, so try not to fall asleep!!! LOL!!
