Tomorrow my sweet little baby boy will turn 3 years old. I don’t know where the time went, but somehow, miraculously, my sweet little preemie has turned into a healthy, adorable little chunk who lights up my world every single day.
Chase, you are the happiest baby, and your laugh is so precious it melts my heart. You were the best surprise we have ever been given, and I can’t imagine a day in this life without you. Happy birthday sweet baby boy!!!

You were the teeniest little thing I’d ever seen…and we bought your first clothes at Build-A-Bear, because they were smaller than the preemie clothes…
But you grew…
And you overcame some really difficult things…
Captured our hearts
And took off on your own faster than I was ready for you to.
You keep us on our toes…always…
And never cease to stop bringing joy into our lives…even when you slow down to rest.
